Plantnet
Plantnet is a kind of Shazam, but for plants. After you have taken a photo, this app recognizes the plant and immediately gives you more information about it. There are already around 6,000 species of plants in the Plantnet, and this supply continues to grow every day. And you can even help with that, because you can also add photos and information yourself. Sharing is caring!
Plantifier
Did Plantnet not succeed in finding out the name of an (outside) plant? Then uploading a photo in Plantifier can still help you. In this app, instead of image recognition, other plant lovers are used to identify plants. You just don't get an answer right away, because you have to wait for a response.

Plantsome
Thanks to Plantsome you will never forget to water your plants on time. The app has a huge database of plants, in which you can store the plants that you have. Then enter how long your plant is and how close it is to the window. Based on this data, Plantsome calculates how often and how much water the plant needs per day, and reminds you of this on time. Ideal!
My garden
My Garden is a plant encyclopedia and therefore a must for every plant enthusiast's smartphone. The app offers a chronological overview of popular plant species, and you can save the plants that you have. Each plant is accompanied by one or more photos and extensive information such as the growth height, plant family and care instructions. Via the Tasks tab you can see when you need to do something with regard to the care of your plant (s).
These are our favorite plant apps! We also secretly see Instagram as a plant app, since the plant community is huge there!
